Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. All requests made after this time will be denied. Once you have received your order, it can be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Usually within 7 days
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
If you have received an item that is incorrect, missing, and/or damaged, please contact us. Upon receiving your package, please provide your order number, pictures of the item(s), and all related references. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you have questions about when the credit will post to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received a refund credit yet, here's what you can do: Contact your bank/credit card issuer. It may take some time for a refund to be posted to your account.
